Buxi Jagabandu English Medium School – II, Satyabhamapur, is a dream come true project of Buxi Jagabandhu Education Society.  The school came into existence on 11th May, 2006 and started functioning from 19th June, 2006.  Besides its architectural excellence it reflects the values of education and has proudly achieved an elite position as one of the best schools in the city imparting education to over 2300 students from BLAVATIKA to Std. XII.

The objective of the school is to promote quality education and all-round development of the personality of a child so as to enable them to be responsible citizens of tomorrow.  The motto of our fraternity is “Let learning be a joy and teaching a pleasure”.

The school is well equipped with spacious digital smart classrooms, Science labs in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, a Mathematics lab, Computer labs and a Language Lab. The school also has an ever expanding well stocked library with books of different genre helping the children in inculcating the habit of reading. 

In the field of games & sports the school is well equipped with many indoor and outdoor games like Football, Cricket, Volley ball, Basket ball, Khoko, Kabadi and all types of athletics.  Students are guided by our efficient Physical Education Teachers (PET’s) specialised in different games, to impart training in different games.

Besides good education our students have shinned in their extra-curricular activities winning different competitions conducted by the Sahodaya Schools Complex, Bhubaneswar Chapter.

The School has completed its 19th academic year successfully with its students shining in their academics reflected in their CBSE Board Exams for Class X & XII.
